Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using PPC Launch's Google Ads management platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Service Description
PPC Launch provides:
- Google Ads campaign management and optimization
- AI-powered performance recommendations
- Campaign analytics and reporting
- Biweekly performance reports
- Real-time campaign monitoring
- Strategic consultation and support
User Accounts
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per user or business entity
Account Types
- Client Accounts: Access via email/password authentication
- Admin Account: Platform administrator with Google OAuth access to MCC account
- Affiliate Accounts: Partner accounts with referral tracking
Google Ads Access
Our platform administrator uses Google OAuth to connect to our Google Ads MCC (Manager) account, which provides centralized access to all client campaigns we manage.
Important: Client users do NOT connect their own Google accounts. All Google Ads data access is handled through our MCC account connection.
By using our Service, you acknowledge that:
- We will access your Google Ads campaign data through our MCC account
- We will use this data to provide optimization recommendations
- We will NOT make changes to your campaigns without your explicit approval
- You retain full ownership of your Google Ads account
- You can revoke our MCC access at any time
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business and contact information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Review and approve campaign changes before implementation
Payment Terms
Fees and Billing
- Management fees are based on your monthly Google Ads spend
- Fees are billed monthly in arrears
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur additional fees
Refunds
Management fees are non-refundable. However, we will work with you to resolve any service issues or concerns.
Service Limitations
We do NOT guarantee:
- Specific campaign performance results
- Increased conversions or sales
- Reduced cost per acquisition
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That the Service will meet all your requirements
Campaign performance depends on many factors including market conditions, competition, ad quality, landing pages, and budget. We provide recommendations and management services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by PPC Launch and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of:
- Your business information and data
- Your Google Ads account and campaigns
- Any content you provide to us
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- You will be billed for services rendered through the termination date
- We will remove our MCC access to your Google Ads account
- You will retain access to your account data for 90 days
- We may delete your account data after 90 days
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPC Launch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
